All maintenance issues and service requests should be submitted by creating a work order online for tracking purposes. Work Orders will be routed to the appropriate onsite maintenance technician or external contractor and prioritized by nature of work.
Bank of America employees should submit work orders through MyFacility or dial the BAC Corporate Workplace Solutions Center helpline at 1-800-698-4400.
All other Gateway Village customers and tenants should access Cousins' Commercial Café work order system.
